Solution: for the insufficient cooling of Raymond mill bearing, check whether the pipeline is blocked and whether the oil inlet temperature and return water temperature exceed the standard.

If the cooler is blocked by scaling, the effective treatment method is to acid clean the cooler before summer every year; If the cooler is improperly selected and the cooling effect cannot meet the requirements, the cooler shall be replaced in time or a new cooler shall be installed in parallel.
